The Academy covers a 23-hectare site which is located at Old Choa Chu Kang Road, adjacent to Kranji Expressway. Broadly, the facilities are classified into 4 zones:
- Residential Zone
- Instructional Zone
- Administration and Ceremonial Zone
- Sports and Recreational Zone
