· Overview of exercise preparation and management methodology
· Preparation and conduct of an exercise, including exercise aim, objectives, timeframe, exercised Body (EB) and Ex control structures
· Subjects and scopes
· Anticipated EB activities
· Sequence and timing table
· Opening narrative / Ex scenario and database
· Inject preparations
· Review and reports generation
· Compilation of Ex file
· Preparation for briefing to the EB
· Preparation for briefing to the Exercise Management Staff (EMS)
· Conduct and management of an exercise
· Roles and functions of the EMS
· Conduct of an Exercise debrief and preparation of an exercise report
Who Should Attend
· Officers involved in the preparation and management of exercises for their organizations
· Senior officers from the Homefront(HF) agencies with the knowledge and understanding ofthe roles and functions of the HF organizations
· Open to Div 1 Officers and preferably those who have attended the Emergency Preparedness
& Crisis Management Course conducted by CEPTC
