Objectives
These programmes are tailored specifically for Home Affairs civilian officers with the objective of preparing them for their functional roles in management and administrative support within the Ministry of Home Affairs. Participants join the Home Team Basic Course to attend subjects in Home Team Values Inculcation, National Education and Homefront Security Studies. HTA has partnered with the Institute of Public Administration and Management to tailor courses in Financial Management, Staff Work and Policy Formulation, Appreciation and Writing.
Entry Criteria
New entrant Civilian Officers in Home Team Departments holding Divisional 1 appointments.
