Objectives
This is a milestone training course for Home Team uniformed and civilian officers in middle management. Its objectives are to provide:
• A broad understanding of current and emerging security challenges facing the Home Team.
• An appreciation of the operational planning considerations and processes across the different HT departments through the sharing of experiences.
• Opportunities to build cross-functional network and professional relationships.
Entry Criteria
Senior officers holding the minimum rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police or SCDF Captain or equivalent.
