Team Training
As part of the essential infrastructure under the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Home Team Academy serves as an incubator for the next generation of Home Team Officers. The montage features various aspects of the life of trainees as they undergo training in the Academy.

The central feature at the mezzanine level is a sculpture representing our Home Team officers holding a blue banner. Blue is the colour of the Home Team, reflecting the nobility of our cause, the integrity and courage of our officers, and our concern for the people we protect and serve. The blue banner represents our shared mission and the unity that is the key to our strength. We take on diverse roles and responsibilities but act as one team, always striving towards new heights of excellence and maintaining a safe and secure best home for Singaporeans.
