This is the Advanced Learning Centre with various resource facilities such as:-
· 280-seat auditorium equipped with LCD projector for the conducting of seminars, talks and ceremonies
· 12 CAI Computer Labs for all Home Team Departments to conduct computer-based training
· A Central Library which houses a good collection of local and overseas books and journals on a range of subjects. Access and membership to the library are confined to Home Team officers and course participants
· A state-of-the-art AV recording studio allows the Academy to document and archive video footages for all events and functions
