These programmes are tailored specifically for Home Affairs civilian officers with the objective of preparing them for their functional roles in management and administrative support within the Ministry of Home Affairs. Participants join the Home Team Basic Course to attend subjects in Home Team Values Inculcation, National Education, Homefront Security Studies and Strategic Communications. HTA has partnered with the Institute of Public Administration and Management to tailor courses in Supervisory Skills, Presentations, Financial Management, Staff Work and Policy Formulation, and Writing.
