Objectives
The Home Team Basic Course (HTBC) is an induction training course for new entrant Home Team uniformed, civilian and selected full time National Servicemen. Its objectives are to provide participants with:
• Basic knowledge of the Home Team and the new security situation, enabling them to better understand how they can operate more effectively with their colleagues in today’s operating environment.
• An overview of MHA and the current security climate locally and globally.
Who Should Attend
All new entrant uniformed and civilian officers holding Divisional I appointments in the Public Service Scheme.
